Processing Time Each barekey set is custom-cut to your exact MacBook model. Please allow 2-3 business days for production and careful packing before your order ships.
Shipping Time Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region:
- United States: 7-14 days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7-11 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 days
- Japan & Korea: around 7 days
Shipping Cost Free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Returns & Replacements
- If a key skin gets damaged during application, just reach out — we'll send a replacement, free of charge.
- If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us — we'll make it right immediately, no return required.
