We want you to be completely happy with your Barekey purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Before assuming a refund is needed, we encourage you to reach out to us at contact@barekey.net. Many issues can be resolved quickly with a little communication — and we're always happy to help.
When You're Eligible for a Refund
We offer a full refund or free replacement if your order arrives with a genuine product quality issue, including skins that are visibly defective, torn, or damaged on arrival, incorrect items sent, or an order lost in transit.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a brief description of the issue and a photo if possible. This helps us resolve things quickly and improve our quality.
No Return Required
You do not need to send the product back. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll process a full refund or resend your order immediately — your choice.
What We're Unable to Refund
We're unable to offer refunds for change of mind after the order has shipped, damage caused during self-installation, or requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
